Gry Ravn - Denmark
Gry Ravn er en visionær forandringsleder og rådgiver med en unik evne til at skabe bevægelse og følgeskab omkring ambitiøse visioner. Med et skarpt øje for, hvordan mennesker kan mobiliseres omkring meningsfulde formål, har Gry gang på gang bevist, at hun kan gøre idéer til virkelighed og samle mennesker i fælles bevægelse.
Hendes tilgang til lederskab er funderet i intuition og strategisk tænkning og i en dyb respekt for det potentiale, der findes i både den enkelte og fællesskabet.
Gry har stået bag flere betydningsfulde projekter, der har skabt ringe i vandet både lokalt og nationalt. I 2016 arrangerede hun Velkomstfesten for flygtninge i Forum Copenhagen, et projekt, der samlede 5.000 mennesker på tværs af forskellige organisationer og aktører.
Hendes initiativ, Lesbos-projektet, er endnu et eksempel på hendes evne til at samle ressourcer og skabe resultater. I en periode med stor humanitær nød organiserede Gry en indsats, der resulterede i indsamlingen af 500.000 kr. til hjælp for bådflygtninge på Lesbos. Med sit personlige engagement og evne til at inspirere andre formåede hun sammen med flere tusinde frivillige at skabe en bred bevægelse, der viste, hvordan fælles indsats kan skabe reel og håndgribelig forandring.
My Story
Since 2019, I have been deeply devoted to working with the feminine creation power—through the chakras, the womb, and the cycles of the moon. Along the way, I have written several books to unfold the power of the womb.
Before fully dedicating myself to this path, I worked for many years with innovation and leadership — most recently as Head of Innovation in Gentofte Municipality, Denmark, where I created programs that trained people in intuitive leadership and innovative project development. This background has given me a unique ability to bridge the worlds of structure and intuition, logic and creation. It is exactly this bridge that lives in my work today.
There are three pivotal moments in my journey that shaped this mission:
2019 – The Awakening After the Accident
In 2019, I was in a car accident and suffered a severe concussion. I could no longer rely on my head in the same way and was forced to turn fully towards my intuition and feminine creation power. This experience opened me to ancient wisdom within my heart and womb. Layer by layer, I peeled away old patriarchal conditioning and discovered that we are infinitely supported—if we dare to listen deeply to our hearts, cleanse our chakras of fear, and learn to manifest through the womb.
This path is not always easy, because it requires us to unlearn the old paradigm of constant striving and pushing. Just like the moon moves in cycles, so does our soul flow. Sometimes we take strong action, sometimes we rest and receive. True power comes from working in alignment with these cycles.
2000 - My Mother’s Death
The day before my 21st birthday, my mother passed away. Her death opened the door to deep grief and loneliness in me — but also left me with her incredible gift of creativity and playfulness. I feel her presence, along with a host of guides, as a pillar of fire in my work with women today.
2023 – Rising from Bankruptcy
In 2023, I went bankrupt. As a single mother, the financial pressure was immense. But in that moment of collapse, I received the vision to gather a circle around me. Together, we worked energetically to support one another, and this lifted me up almost instantly. This experience showed me the power of women’s energy work in circles and why no woman should have to face such struggles alone.
Today, I am devoted to helping women across the world reconnect with their feminine creation power and gather in circles of support and womb leadership.

Initiator – “Help for Boat Refugees on Lesbos” 2015 Launched an emergency aid initiative for boat refugees on Lesbos, mobilizing more than 10,000 volunteers, raising DKK 500,000, and collecting 200 tons of aid within just 5 days. Speaker and Trainer – Change & Intuitive Leadership, 2013 – 2017 M.A. in Performance Design, Roskilde University, 2012 Head of Education – The Project Academy, Copenhagen, 2010 – 2012 Responsible for developing and managing the academy’s program in project and process leadership, educating future young leaders with a focus on social initiatives and intuitive leadership. Chairwoman of the Board – SheZone, 2009 – 2010 Led an association working to strengthen integration and community among women from diverse ethnic backgrounds. Training in Process Facilitation, DGI, 2009 Creative Facilitator and Project Leader – Various Social Projects, 2006 – 2009 Project Manager “Ta’Rummet” – Integration festival for 700 women, Nørrebro, 2008–2009 Facilitator – Intercultural forum theatre project “Out of the Box” for asylum seekers, 2007 Project Manager “Magic in Everyday Life”, 2006
